Thank you for shopping with True Sweet Co. We aim to deliver your order in a timely, safe, and transparent manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available, unless explicitly mentioned.

Delivery availability may vary based on pin code serviceability by our courier partners.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3 locations: 4–8 business days

  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or force majeure events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional free-shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

True Sweet Co. reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking updates are provided by our courier partners and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • In case of:

    • Incorrect address

    • Incomplete details

    • Failed delivery due to unavailability of recipient

    The order may be returned to us.

Any re-shipping costs arising from such issues will be borne by the customer.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the order.

  • Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will assess the issue and assist as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.


8. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner constraints

  • High order volumes

  • Natural events or unforeseen disruptions

True Sweet Co. shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


9. Food Product Disclaimer

  • All products are packed with care and dispatched in sealed condition.

  • Delivery times may affect product texture or appearance due to weather conditions; however, this does not indicate product spoilage or quality issues.

Customers are advised to store products as per instructions mentioned on the packaging upon receipt.


10. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Any return or refund requests will be handled strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.


11. Force Majeure

True Sweet Co. shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, governmental actions, or courier disruptions.
