Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we follow strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards.


1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

  • We do not accept returns on opened, partially consumed, or used food products.

  • This policy exists to maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.

Once a product has been delivered and accepted, it is considered final sale, except in cases outlined below.


2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacement or refund only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing item(s) in the order

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos/videos must be provided as evidence


3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Individual health response or intolerance

  • Perceived sweetness or aftertaste differences

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Texture changes due to weather conditions

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error


4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.


5. Replacement Process

  • If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Delivery timelines for replacements may vary based on location and availability.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.


7. Food Product Disclaimer

  • All products are sealed, packed, and dispatched after quality checks.

  • Slight differences in taste, texture, or appearance may occur due to natural ingredients or climate conditions and do not qualify as defects.


8. Force Majeure

True Sweet Co. shall not be held liable for failure to refund or replace due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
